Trip Itinerary
- Upon arrival at Tribhuwan Intl Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from Vista Trek waiting, well in time, to receive you shall welcome you to this land of towering Himalayas. Once reaching your hotel in a car from the airport, all you need to do is check in and enjoy the refreshment served.
- We then visit the Vista Trek office for discussion on tour, Passport collection and handing over the document and settlement of dues if any. Since you will still have some time left for a walk around Thamel, you can do so if you please.
- After breakfast start out cultural sightseeing in Kathmandu. First we drive to Swoyambhunath temple, famously known as Monkey temple.
- We Then we drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square, one of the oldest town in Kathmandu which is severly damaged by the last year earthquake.
- We then drive to Pashupatinath temple to observe cremation process and finally drive to Boudhanath Stupa to visit.
- Overnight stay at Hotel
- Fly to Lhasa crossing over the highest Himalayan ranges of the world (1 Hr.)
- Transfer and check-in to your hotel. Full rest for acclimatization

Two full day sightseeing tour of Lhasa including Jokhang temple, Barkhor bazaar, Potala palace, Sera & Drepung monasteries, etc. Overnight stay in Lhasa .

Drive to Shigatse via Gyantse and Yamdroktso. Enroute visit Yamdroktso and Phalkhor and Khumbub stupa in Gyantse. Drive to Shigatse. Overnight stay in Shigatse .
- Enjoy the scenic drive to Xegar; take some rest and drive further via bumpy road to Runbok. This trip seems little bit tiring, though the beautiful scenery makes you forget the pain.
- Overnight stay at Ronbuk.
- The day early in the mornigh, you will hike to Everest base camp. It is couple of hours hiking; Explore around and drive back to Shegar. You may use horse craft if you cannot walk to the base camp. Overnight stay at Guest house.
- [If time permits, we drive to Shigatse and stay in Shigatse .
- Visit Tashilomphu Monastery; Explore around Shigatse and drive back to Lhasa. Overnight at Hotel
- Departure to Airport and fly back to Kathmandu. Pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel.
- Overnight stay at Hotel.
- After breakfast, drive to Nagarkot for mountain view. In a clear day, you can expect to see long range of Himalayan Panorama including popular Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Ganesh Himal, Mt. Langtang, Mt. Jugal , Mt. Gauri Shankar.
- We then drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square . Bhaktapur is an ancient town of Kathmandu and oldest Durbar Square out of 3 Durbar Square in Kathmandu. This place is famous for Dattatraye Temple, Five Stories Nyatapol Temple, Bhairav Temple and more.
- Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.
- If you have a morning flight, we leave for Tribhuwan Intl Airport early morning in a car arranged by the office.
- If your flight is in the late afternoon or evening, only your WILL shall dictate your involvement or indulgence as you may please before leaving for Tribhuwan Intl Airport in the vehicle.
