Trip Overview
This festival is celebrated to worship the god Vishnu who is thanked for his efforts in making the days longer and warmer from the Magh month of the Nepali Calendar. Devotees take bath in holy rivers, eat pulaow (rice cooked with lentils, dried fruits and peas). This festival is observed on the first day of Magh Month.
Trip Itinerary
- Visit our office for detail information. In the evening dinner at typical Nepali restaurant with cultural dance show. Overnight at Hotel.
- After breakfast , We drive to Taruka Village in Nuwakot District. Enjoy the bull fighting competition. Home stay for overnight.
- Drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel
- After breakfast, Sightseeing tours to Swoyambhunath , Boudhanath, Pashupatinath and Patan Durbar Square . Overnight at Hotel .
- Transfer to airport for your onward departure from Nepal.
