We accepts your bookings under the following terms and conditions.
General Booking conditions
For Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan Tours: Please provide us a photocopy of your passport and advance payment while booking your trip with us. Advance payment amount is as per below mentioned Detail
For Everest Region: Per person US$350
For Annapurna Region: Per person US$250
For Langtang Region: Per person US$250
For Manaslu & Tsum Vally : Per person US$350
For Upper Munstang, Upper Dolpo: Per person US$750
For Peak Climbing Package: Per person US$600
For Kanchenjungha, Makalu, Rolwaling & Ganesh Himal: Per person US$400
For Bhutan & Tibet Trips: 20% of total trip cost.
The deposit amount is nonrefundable.
The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you start your trek/tour with cash or credit card.
In the case of Bhutan and Tibet tours, you need to pay the balance amount 20 days prior to your departure date if you intend to fly to those countries directly. We reserve our right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within our stipulated time.
Mode of Payment
You can make your payment following either of the methods:
Through Credit Card:
For the payment by credit card, please download Card payment form. After filling all the requirements along with card holder`s signature, please send us a copy through the mail.
As soon as we process the payment, we delete your details.
Note: For credit card payments, 4% extra will be levied to you for a credit card processing fee.

Risk and Liabilities
All the Nepal, China and Bhutan tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective country. We are not liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like a change in rules and regulations of the country, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, the breakdown of the vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
Last minute booking
We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal 3 days prior to the trip departure dates. Last minute booking may not acceptable in case of Bhutan or Tibet trip.
Trip Cancellation & Postpone the trip
You can cancel or postpone the trip sending a notice in advance. We understand that plans can be changed because of various reason, so we don’t charge anything extra and re-schedule your trip for freely. However we are unable to refund your deposit as Nepal central bank have imposed strict rule sending money abroad. But your advance payment is secured with us and can be used in your next possible visit to Nepal.
Please kindly note if you will cancel or postpone the trip once we buy domestic flight ticket and issue the trekking permit, the deposit amount will be charged and will not be transferred for your next trip as we have to pay for flight, hotel and permit. We normally buy Flight ticket to Lukla, Jomsom, Simikot, Rara and Dolpa 30 days in advance, So if you are doing any trips that belongs above Domestic flights, should inform us at least 30 days in advance. We normally issue the permit for Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, Kanchenjungha, Makalu and Ganesh Himal Trek 7 days in advance. You can cancel or postpone these trip freely with 7 days advance notice.
You can postpone the trip multiple times but please kindly note you are responsible for any price increases on Flights, Hotels or permit between your first booking date and new date.
Trip Cancellation of Tibet & Bhutan
A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (even in case of postponing or transfer of trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Vista Trek P. Ltd as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Vista Trek P. Ltd for your next possible time. The amount is non-refundable.
Incomplete Tour
We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason from customer’s side.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If your trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war, Epidemic, airport closures or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange or re-schedule your trek without extra charge. Even in such conditions, Our normal policy is still applies. So, we suggest you to buy travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or interruption.
Price changing
We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our action will be reasonable like in case of some circumstances such as a drastic change in exchange rate, inflation, government actions, etc., we are not liable to answer anyone for our action.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients. The insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc.
Flight Delay/Cancellation
Flight delays and cancellation are quite often during the bad weather condition in the remote areas particularly in Everest region, Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region etc. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Vista Trek P. Ltd. will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.
Your personal belongings
We are not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.
During the tour
In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Nepal, Vista Trek P. Ltd. is not liable for any kind of refunds.
Warning
Our terms and conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party, you shall be liable to their terms and conditions.
